The TenderHeart Footprint Continues to Expand
TenderHeart® began in Texas in 2004 as a typical fee-for-service durable medical equipment company (DME). Since pivoting to a value-based model in 2016, we have expanded our incontinence management program to partner with managed care organizations (MCOs) in Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Mexico, and Florida. Our Health Rewards member engagement programs continue to expand across the country as MCOs realize improved HEDIS scores.
